Abel Womack has a staff of committed employees, dedicated to helping our customers, colleagues and our local communities in many ways. One way our staff is making an impact and helping promote important issues is through volunteering for events, organizations and fundraisers. Our employees, many of them having personally experienced obstacles relating to health, education, financial difficulty, or loss, are working to give back and help others in times of need.

Volunteering is not only personally rewarding, but fosters a caring and compassionate workplace environment.  To encourage this behavior and support their causes, Abel Womack matches the aggregated employee donations. I’m proud to be part of a supportive organization whose employees are passionate about making a difference, both at work and in their communities. The success of our organization stems from supporting and serving others. Whether it be organizing golf tournaments, running a 5k charity event, playing 24 hours of hockey, or donating a vacation day for an employee in need, these events are as important as our day to day responsibilities of servicing our customer’s forklift, improving a customer’s picking efficiency, or maximizing their warehouse space. Thankfully, our team gets it, going above and beyond in both arenas because they genuinely care.
