Robotic Palletizer

Abel Womack installed a Robotic Palletizer with new conveyor and controls to automate the tote stacking and de-stacking process.  The new equipment replaced the existing system with a reliable and efficient automated process.

The new robot was designed to move a combined rate of 6 to 8 totes per minute or nearly 3000 totes in an 8 hour work shift.
