Mike has proudly spent his entire career with Abel Womack. Starting in an entry-level role and growing along with the company, he helped shape a company culture built on one core belief—always put the customer first.

In his free time, Mike likes to spend time with his family.

Chief Financial Officer

Kevin is the CFO at Abel Womack, leading financial strategy to accelerate growth and operational excellence.

A lifelong Boston sports fan, Kevin enjoys cheering on the Red Sox, Celtics, Bruins, and Patriots year-round.

Geoff Sawyer,
Vice President of Sales

Whether it’s direct selling to the client or providing internal support of sales efforts, Geoff oversees all aspects of sales at Abel Womack.

When not working to drive sales to new heights, Geoff loves to golf and go hiking with his wife and dog.

Director of IT

Adam drives digital transformation through advancing cybersecurity, resilient infrastructure, and enterprise collaboration.

Adam is a pragmatic, team-oriented leader focused on execution and outcomes.

Kathy Piotte, Director of People Operations

Kathy cultivates success by empowering people—creating a workplace where they feel supported, engaged, and ready to thrive.

In her free time, Kathy stays out of the kitchen at pickleball, paddleboarding, savoring time with her daughters or out to dinner with the family.

Dave McDermott, Vice president of operations

For 40 years, Dave has fostered a culture of expertise, integrity, and service at Abel Womack. He champions trust and exceptional support as the foundation for lasting customer relationships and sustainable growth.

In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, daytrips or just a walk in the woods with his wife.

David irwin,
Director of Service

David leads service operations, working closely with managers and their teams, ensuring consistent customer support and driving continuous improvement.

David enjoys the outdoors; boating, snowboarding and snowmobiling with friends and family.

Darrel Barlow,
Director of Parts

Darrel oversees parts operations, including technician vans and consignment programs, ensuring efficiency, availability, and exceptional customer support.

Darrel has been coaching youth sports in his local community for over 30 years.
