We began working with Abel Womack’s Professional Services program in September 2024, deploying it across three of our facilities. Since the initial rollout, our assigned Professional Services Manager (PSM) and internal team have met bi-weekly to develop and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) and build strategic action plans to meet our goals.

One of our primary objectives was to reduce system logoffs. After just six months, our first facility achieved a 50% reduction—our initial target and currently is at 30% (ultimate goal). Two of our three sites have now successfully reached their performance goals in this area.

Checklist completion time was another area of focus. Although it’s a particularly challenging metric to optimize, time studies were conducted at all locations, and we’ve seen significant improvement across the board.  Perhaps the most impressive result has been the reduction of the Alert level impacts: through consistent monitoring, strong collaboration, and the implementation of thorough post-impact procedures, we’ve reduced both the frequency and severity of impacts by an incredible 60%.

Throughout the entire project the Professional Services Team has exemplified true professionalism.  They have been attentive to our needs, responded quickly to additional requests, and have gone above and beyond to keep our team on track to ensure our targets were met.  I cannot imagine our Powered Industrial Vehicle fleet operating without iWarehouse. I would highly recommend Abel Womack’s Professional Services program to any company currently using or considering the iWarehouse system.  The results speak for themselves—this program drives measurable improvement and lasting change

Our names are Megan and Bob and we’re the Occupational Safety Team at Prime Source Foods. We’ve been one of Abel Womack’s long-standing telemetry customers, but like many organizations, we initially installed the iWarehouse system without fully leveraging its capabilities.

Like many companies, we’ve experienced shifts in leadership and responsibilities – sometimes fresh eyes make the biggest difference!  When Bob was named our internal iW Champion he engaged Abel’s Professional Services team and we truly began using the system as it was designed.   • System logoffs improved by 12%, bringing us close to our 50% target.
  • Checklist timeout rates dropped from 21% to 6.5%, exceeding our goal of 10%.
  • When we first met, impacts were being tracked but comments were rarely used. Today, 99% of impacts include comments, which has allowed us to categorize them, understand the underlying drivers, and address issues at a much more granular level.
