Our philosophy for both operator and technical training is to teach, mentor and support the client personnel until we win their hearts and minds. Abel Womack doesn't approach training as incremental; we approach it as essential. So, we have two new, dedicated training centers and professionals on staff to conduct it.
Operator Training
Abel Womack can conduct any level of operator training:
- Operator orientation for experienced operators called on to operate different equipment
- Complete operator training for inexperienced operators
- Train the Trainer, in which our trainers teach the client personnel to conduct in-house training.
Our operator training programs involve:
- OSHA authorized instructors
- Raymond authorized materials
- Top notch program delivery
Technical Training
For clients performing their own maintenance, Abel Womack offers many kinds of technical training options; all conducted by highly experienced, professional trainers with specific course curriculums. Clients have the option of utilizing our own training centers or having the training conducted at the client facility.
Training options include:
- Scheduled maintenance training on all types of equipment
- Basic mechanical, hydraulic and electronic training for all types of Raymond equipment
- Comprehensive, advanced product specific training
- Train the trainer programs
- Welding training by certified welders
