Horizontal Carousel models and systems maximize productivity for split-case (piece), discrete case, pallet picking and handling activities. Applications include: order fulfillment, buffering, consolidation, kitting and work in progress.
Vertical Carousels offer tremendous space savings and increased productivity. Carriers and shelves rotate on a track delivering items to the operator at an ergonomically designed work counter.
Vertical Lift Modules (VLMs) store items on trays and deliver them to an ergonomically positioned work counter with the touch of a button. The VLMs utilize Remstar's CubeStar technology which automatically places the trays in the least amount of space. |
