Fuji Robotic Palletizer Software
 Fuji Robotics has focused on developing palletizing technology that is very simple for the end-user to operate yet handles all the complex calculations necessary to determining proper product placement and the orbital trajectory movement of the arm without input by the end-user.
Every Fuji robotic palletizer has a touch screen control system complete with:
- Preprogrammed pallet patterns embedded in the touch screen
- 60 programmable memory patterns that can be switched within seconds
- Onboard diagnostics designed to identify errors instantly
- Onboard error log history
If a preprogrammed pattern is not what you need, it is also possible to manually teach the robot exactly which pattern you wish it to use. Teaching the robot requires only the programming of 2 points: pick and place. The robot is intelligent and automatically calculates the optimal arm movement track, including passing points.
