iVerify Feature of iWarehouse Ensures Completion of Vital Daily Inspections
The iVerify feature of the iWarehouse lift truck fleet management system allows you to set up your trucks so that each licensed operator must complete a daily inspection checklist at the start of each shift. The system can be programmed with checklist questions according to priority.
The checklist could include:
- Failure of critical items (brakes inoperative, oil leak) which keep the truck from starting.
- Failure of non-critical items such as worn tires or a dashboard light out.
The iVerify system can send an automatic e-mail or text message notice to Maintenance for follow-up.
iVerify also records and stores inspections with the date and time-stamps as well as the operator's name, which is extremely important for OSHA compliance.
