The iAlert feature of the iWarehouse system lets your trucks tell you when something is wrong.  As soon as a problem is detected, the truck generates an alert code that is time-stamped, and tied to the truck serial number, hour-meter reading and battery state of charge.  The iAlert system then sends the alert code in an e-mail or a text message to your Raymond or in-house service technician, who uses the information to diagnose the problem remotely.

 

Once the problem has been diagnosed, the technician will arrive at your location with all the necessary tools and parts, and typically can fix the problem on the first try - before the truck experiences extended downtime.  You can also use iAlert to monitor hour-meter readings remotely, schedule maintenance when the trucks are off-shift, and keep downtime to a minimum.
